Your servers, your keys

What security teams ask us.

Does any data leave our infrastructure?
It depends on the deployment. In private-cloud, on-premise and air-gapped deployments, all processing — including the language model — runs inside your network, and Helperfy staff have no access to production data unless you grant it. In Helperfy cloud, anonymised ticket text is processed in our hosted environment and sent to the configured model endpoint.
Which AI models do you use?
Open-weight models hosted on your own hardware or cloud account. We can also connect to a model endpoint you already operate privately.
Where is our data stored?
Only where you decide: your region, your servers. Nothing is copied to Helperfy or replicated abroad.
How long does an enterprise rollout take?
Private cloud typically goes live in about two weeks. On-premise and air-gapped timelines depend on your hardware and change process; we plan them with your team.
